- I can't seem to understand this -
 

I see the accounts for sale. I bought one recently for over a hundred dollars and i listed one very cheap old used dvd for .99 cents. and i get a mc999 notice or whatever it is. they said call to verify info. i call the lady says i didn't do anything wrong its just something they have to do for new users. then they want me to send them the drivers license and a utility bill.

Whats the point of buying these accounts on here if ebay is going to do this every time?

What was your feedback and relative activity before selling?

They will do this to ALL new sellers on ebay. Clearly you have no idea what the hell you are doing, and rushed into everything before making sure you knew. So this is your own fault for 1. getting suspended and 2. not doing your research.

i bought the account from doughboykilla it was a 4 month old account

i browsed on there for a few days looking at everything from dvds to the daily deals then i listed the item

what do i do?

i live in Michigan and the state the account was made with was Florida

does that have anything to do with it?

First of all selling something for 0.99 on a brand new account is not a good thing.

also dvds is a high risk catagory even if its used dvds. i tried to sell them in the past to as used and they wanted me to call them to verfiy some stuff. I listed like used modems and stuff and never had a problem with that just dvds gave me problems its cause like %90 dvds sold on ebay is f a k e.

You mean as buy it now? Or listing it as auction too?

I would not list anything for 0.99 on a new account, even starting price.

Not worth it to draw attention to yourself.

The idea of being stealth is to not draw attention.

I really really really think the flag is the area the account Is. The sellers should make within a certain radius of the accounts actual IP. My Bought account got flagged and I listed LED flashlights that I bought from harbor freight. Low risk there. But same thing though, account was made in kansas, I was in NY. Selling accounts is getting harder and harder. good luck sellers. 123 seems to have a good turn around with his accounts most likely because his come with a Ebook on how he get accounts ready to go!

Nope ip is not a issue with the flags cause i got flagged just as easy useing a account made in the same city and state as the one with out of state ips. dont belive me go and make a new account in the same city and state and list high risk items like dvds and china knock off's as LED lights would fall under for sure. I use to sell dvds and at the end i was getting flagged no matter what but now i sell other stuff 2nd hand items and never had a problem.
