Paypal limited to permanent susp to active account
 

So this was on my real paypal/ebay accounts. ebay was limited due to dsr's, i got lazy. had a bunch of open cases, paypal funds holds. once ebay suspended me for dsr's, paypal limited me, then banned me. i called them and they told me sorry, you are a huge risk, wait 180 days for your money. was over 1900.

fast forward to today with stealth account. stealth gets limited for verification. call them up, they was SSN which i dont have. they tell me to send in ID, which i do not have. they say i am limited until i provide the info.

all of my ebay email is sent to my android phone... 3am i get the beep that tells me i have a new email. im so darn tired i read it and it says im not limited anymore. i take it as it is on the stealth account.

i wake up this morning and re-read the email, turns out it was for my real account. apparently i am no longer a risk and am welcomed back with open arms.

after a little more reading, i find another email from paypal for my stealth account and it is no longer limited.

so why am i writing this? i guess to show there may be a soft side buried deep inside the devil, but also to ask best course of action if i want to start using real account again to spread sales to avoid limitation and paypal 20k cap?

Was your PP account in US or Europe?

If it was us account you were f uped! Don't give ssn as they are just going to keep it limited. Move on!
