Does Paypal limit your account if your phone redirects them to Voicemail?
 

We all know about those dreaded phone calls made by eBay and Paypal either just to say hi to you, or inquires you about your account information and recent activities. As many of you have know, if you do not answer the phone call made by Paypal when it is for transaction verifications, your Paypal account will be limited. What I am wondering is that what if you do not answer it, but your phone directs Paypal to voicemail instead? Would they still limit you?

Yes, it does get limited if you don't answer or it goes to voicemail because they don't leave voicemails.

once your paypal gets limited (for not answering phone) what does paypal ask for to reinstate your account? and usually what is the success rate in getting reinstated?

To re-instate paypal asks anything from id, passport, to invoices of what your selling if you get caught selling many of the same item means that your a business person.

Success in getting re-instated if your not an authorized re-seller of vero items is 1%.

Paypal called me the other day about a withdrawal and i didn't answer. went to voice mail .. but my account wasn't limited. actually this has never happened me. "knock on wood!!

what if your at work though. This is going to blow 4 me working 60 hrs a week

I received a email that stated that they tried to call me in response to my inquiry about releasing funds. and they just basically told me they tried to call and got no answer, then proceeded to release my hold. that was the end of it!!! lol

It's hit and miss, i missed a call once for transaction verification. i called back immediately and made them give me someone in cs and it was all ok
