NEW PAYPAL UPDATE with SENDING money?
 

Was refunding a buyer today by sending them some money instead of refunding.. when it normally says what type of payment it is.. like goods, services, ebay items, or personal...gift etc..

Theres only 2 options:
I'm paying for goods or servicesI'm sending money to family or friends

Can any1 else confiirm this?

Did you click on the other tap under "Personal" - there are two tabs (from what i see) Purchase and Personal - gift, etc are under Personal.

Rsot is correct just did this an hour ago and there are 2 tabs

BE WARNED EVERYONE PAYPAL HAS A FEE THEY CHARGE FOR YOUR GIVING A REFUND

I just posted what just happen to us.

yeah this fee has been happing for awhile now at least a month or so

Before long they will be charging us to sign in. :eek:

I dont know much about it i just heard from a friend about it. its apparently becomeing really popular real fast like but u know ebay would probly never allow such a service on there cause it could hurt paypal bigtime with the no fees. Ebay will probly say its unsafe or something like they do on any other services that pose a threat to Pp.

Amazon Payments has no fees, and you get buyer protection as well.
