it linked to auctiva though... what a pain...

Aye, desktop notepad is your friend. :)

If you where to checkout my desktop it has about 30 notepads with random details in them. Mostly my to-do list. Then I have a folder for random things like passwords, etc. I use excel sheet for my websites ftp users, passwords, to-dos, traffic etc.

HI: I have recovered lost pw before with the ebay Live help.. they will have u verify a couple pcs of info,, then reset the pw to like ebay123...

I had this problem! I remember an account I had banned back in 04, so it's a right goldmine. Just over 200 feedback to. Was suspended for something like non paying fees...but I was young a naive, and just let it get suspended.

I went to the lost password form, and it required Post code, phone number, and secret question. It was all my genuine details, and I always use the same secret question. However, it said they were all wrong!! I tried many different possibilities as to what they could be, however all were wrong. So, I don't know what on earth was going on there, I was most peed off to say the least.
