Reporting unpaid item to have negative feedback removed
 

Long story short. I have a moron (another seller) who decided to play dirty. It already second time he does it. Creates and acct makes a purchase, opens a dispute, gets money back and leaves negative feedback.
However, this time I noticed that this transaction listed as one that qualifies for unpaid item in seller manager.
I remember someone from long time ago talking about getting acct suspended for unpaid item and that would remove the negative feedback, since their acct would be banned.
I just want to see if any1 has any info on it. Any info is appreciated and will be properly thanked :hail:

an unpaid item dispute will prevent the buyer from leaving feedback.

Actually a buyer left one for me and never paid for his item. I filed unpaid item case waited

after 8 days closed it and guess what? Negative feedback also was removed with the

closed case!

DON'T WORRY!! If you file an uncase report and send them an email at "support@ebay.com" they will remove it and if the user is suspended the negative will get remove if you have a good valid reason. I did it and it works a few months ago.
