for UK, unfortunately VBA do not work on UK paypal, they work on US paypal though.

Click on the forum's marketplace and they will be some sellers who sell virtual bank accounts or VBA.

Nope no VBA in the UK currently.

Plenty of banks who would love to open you a current account out there though....
