Paypal Limitation document
 

Got my paypal account limited again today, they required me for the following document :

1) Canadian ID
2) Proof of Canadian address - mortgage or renter's agreement or utility
bill - no bank statements
3) Valid Supplier Invoices showing receipts for all listings on eBay ($144k
in open listings at this time)
4) Receipts showing proof of ownership of goods
5) Proof of authenticity of goods
6) Tracking for specified transactions in Resolution Center

No problem for me to get 1),2),6), but is anybody konw some tips for 3),4),5) ?

WTFudge? You cant prove your own items are real and you have invoices from their purchase? :faint:

Conan, I'm going to change your flag to CHINA. It appears you are there more than you ever where in New Zealand.

It's pretty important. Seems that you have an Canadian account. How are you accessing it? With vpn?

All of this info is needed B4 we can even try to give limitation advice. These are more complicate matters :pop2:

I access my Canadian account without VPN, but I put a note with paypal, I've called them, and told them I got a supplier in china, need access to paypal since I first time used it , never found a problem till now ! I also got a NZ paypal account, access with VPN, safe play, never found a problem till now !
I've upload all the documents they required yesterday, unfortunately ,they declined me ! I send them my contract with my factory for all $144k items on ebay ,but they told me that's not enough to prove I got stock for buyers . I got 100% positive feedback on ebay, always a great service , customer satisfied product ,only got 2 dispute history in my past year, not understand why they freeze my account and make me really frustrating . Good news is they only take me 1.6k , already move out rest to my Canadian bank, and it arrives by now !
I probably lose this account ,I'm prepared, what a pity of it . I gave so much effort on it , spend lots of time thinking of how to make it better look , to make customer come back and buy again, discount plan, picture design .
Of course I know I got a day like today if I continually doing Ebay ,I promise, 2 more years , then no more ! It's a hard feeling when every time they close my account !

These things still are my problems,I can't get these accepted by paypal, anybody got ideas of it !?
