Default Feedback abuse advise

Hey Everyone,

I have had a nightmare time with a customer recently. I sold her an item which she got and wasnt happy with and wanted to return, i said not a problem send me the item back and ill gladly issue you with a full refund.

This wasnt good enough for her she wanted return costs back as well otherwise she was going to leave me a negative feedback so i told her that i would issue a payment direct into her bank account once this was done which would more than cover the cost to refund the item but i would only do this as long as she didnt leave negative feedback.

So she returned the item and issued a full refund including the initial postage costs. I told her that if she wanted the other payment we'd agreed she would have to do what she said and leave good feedback. She started just going nuts giving me loads of abuse but basically said that she wouldnt do this until i had paid.

I told her i was sick of her blackmailing and wasnt going to put anymore in her account.

So 2 days later an account with 0 feedback on but was created over 4 years ago bids and wins another item of mine and it has only got the same contact details as the person who has been giving me the abuse.

Shes went and left me negative feedback within 3 minutes of the auction closing and then negative from the other account which the initial issues arrose from. Shes then been sending malicious emails since which i havent been responding to.

I have reported this to ebay as feedback abuse but she doesnt seem to think it will matter.

Has anyone else came across anything like this. Its quiet a new stealth account but shes already crippled it before its had a chance to get off the ground. Its probably slim but do you think eBay might take these off my account?

Thanks guys just needed some people to share my frustrations with

lol wow that sucks...ive never had to deal with that. usually they leave me good feedback first and then I give their shipping money back. I guess u just gotta deal with it, u got a rare case but it will happen in 1 account out of every 10-15 accounts

Ebay should put it right - especially if you tell Ebay that the contact details on both accounts are the same

Fingers crossed GrannyT i have told them that it is one of the same person. Its got the same name on both contact details. Ive also detailed the problems ive had with her etc. You'd hope common sense would say they would sort it but this is eBay were talking about

Not heard anything back from them yet

I've had a problem like this before and eBay removed the negative feedback and limited their account

Hopefully it works for you!

Surely this is against policies?

You must involve EB in this - try to get live chat or keep emailing them - they will be on your side in this - beware of future buyers!!!!

It should turn out well for you. Ebay will look at the information and should make the right decision for you.

Get involved with eBay. If they don't answer you, call them. Afterward, eBay will put this guy out of your misery.

Just thought I'd let you know that I managed to speak with eBay on chat last night they told me they would look into it an get back to me. Woke up this morning and I got an email telling me they had removed both negative feedback.

Not sure if anything will happen to the person just as long as there out of my hair that's all I care about

Thanks all for your advise and support. She was drivin me insane
