Probability of Paypal Problems Question

Would I be correct in thinking that Paypal goes Postal on your ass mostly if you withdraw money to your bank account?

But not so postal if you buy stuff with your paypal funds. AKA It goes from your paypal account to someone elses Paypal account?

Im asking cause Im thinking, if they cause me too much trouble - I can buy Sears Gift Cards or something, and then just turn around and resell them on ebay (via another account) - as a way of cleaning the money so to speak*

* Only as a last ditch measure mind you. Losing 6% or whatever to GreedPal/bay would suck and this is not something Ill do everyday...

If you empty your Paypal account often it would make the Paypal gods angry. Just leave $20 in the account at all times and you shouldn't have a problem. You can do the money order or giftcard thing, that works too. For now at least..
