Question about IP Address on eBay
 
Just curious...

If my eBay account address is in Chicigo, IL but my IP is in Henderson, NV...would that trigger a flag?

I don't think so. Plenty of people on eBay have accounts that they start in one area, but then keep when they move to a different area or vice-versa.

My successful accounts have been the ones that I created using my surrounding city. That long distance stuff never worked for me. I always got the request for documents.
