ok newer acc. couple of months old selling safe items
 

cheap items 5.00 or less trying to build feedback and let this acc age,anyway
had a buyer open a case item not recived that afternoon buyer wrote back that it showed up then PP has a bar across the top need tax id number is this because of the open case on a newer account,i know i havent linked accounts in ANY way so wtf. this stealth acc is a real friend info so i can provide the info but if this was a bs name i would be screwed right? this really pissed me off makes me want to drive to the case opening *******s house and have a friendly talk with him heheheheheheehheehehehhrherhehjehehehehehhehehe wawawawa u know
this is the only thing that could have caused this right

2. I don't follow - is your account limited or not? If so, how many sales...even if cheap items?

3. Real friend info - I hope he knows about it.

IMO it's nothing to do with that - it is to do with they don't know who you are. US has this particular cross to bear - I hope it doesn't come this side of the pond

its a newer account 3 months old been going easy on this ,limit has been the saME since i open the acc 10/1000 had no problems at all then one person opens a case then the same day closes it then the next day pp wants tax id number i guess i know the answer to this question i just warning everyone that if you get a case open against a new account just under the tax id pp will attack wanting to verify it is a real person.has anyone else had this to happen i know ebay reviews accounts that become 90 days old to see about lifting limits so if you f**kup before 90 look out,its only 2 months till the end of the year and i havent hit 500.00 the 3 active months now pp is worried i might go over 20,000 yea right really? will they let this go i have no problem giving up my friends ss number but as i asked earlyier about my bs accounts no ss number to give then goodbye right
