Am i doing this correctly

i have 2 eb accounts linked to 1 pp account but i am using the same user account and ip on my laptop

is this correct ?

Thanks for that and yes everything else matches,but am I right in thinking that end thinks they are two different people or do they know I have 2 accounts ?

ebay and paypal know it's one person with two accounts.

It's permitted, if that's your worry. :)
