Just want to talk to some one in the USA
So why is it that in march i was able to call ebay and every time i did i talked to someone in the USA. but now when i call every time I am talking to a person they outsourced the call to. and they just read off of a piece of paper. I am a silver powerseller and i would just like to talk to someone who can understand what im asking them and help me out.
like one out of 20 times i get lucky and talk to an American but it seems like very soon that will go away and them am screwed when i need help.
If anyone can help me with a number or something i have done everything other then driving to ebays head office to talk to someone in person. |
