Can this be done to save bank account's??
 

can i make a stealth pp account using a prepaid CC as they give you a account number and sort code

try to verify it,remove the £1900 limit first. and then if all the limits lifted add a actual bank account, and then an ebay business account.

I recently lost 2 brand new bank account trying to remove my receiving limit.

I cannot see why not

Que????? How can you lift limits if the account is not fully verified in the 1st instance, ie has a bank account attached.

paypal will be able to recognise the sort number & account number as belonging to a prepaid cc. It may not meet their definition suitably. :juggle:

Just be careful which card you use (I think I already know) and please don't name it on the open forum

you get fully verify when they send you the 2 small deposit.(i've actually done this and it is verified) i also sent a small payment from another pp to that one and then transfered it to the prepaid account .its all working.

but yes it depend on witch prepaid cc/company you use.

So if you using a prepaid that has a bank account attached what is the need to add another bank account later, just withdraw to that, if/when your CP gets removed then add another bnk account, Really can't see how your saving anything here, infact savers would be better because they cost a quid at most.

you need to add another bank account(current account) later because the prepaid cc/account Does not accept direct debit mandate so you cant make an ebay business account with it(ebay will refuse it)

when/if all the limits are lifted,THEN adding a real bank account in paypal,verify it , make it as your primary account in pp and make an ebay account from there.


the benefit of the prepaid cc with bank account attach to over a saver account is you can add the CARD to you pp too.



i have to say i haven't tryed ALL of this myself yet.but iam about to and want as many advice as possible.

Conflicting posts mate, you ealier posts say you have done the two micro's. that is setting up the DD mandate.

Also like i said its not really saving anything then is it as you can do it with one account from the beginning, savers or current.

YES in my first post i said ive done the 2 micro's,and its verified.

the reason they send you the 2 micro's its bcaz they want to check if you own the bank account.

its NOT direct debit mandate untill you attach an ebay(business account) to it.

i dont understand why you keep saying you dont save anything. you save A bank account

i tried to lift the £1900 receiving limit by sending the documents they asked for,and they didn't accept it,so my account was closed,and i lost that BANK ACCOUNT.

this way if i loose something at the lifting limits stage is only a prepaid cc,NOT another bank account

Really glad you realise what you wrote because i would hate to have to point out that if you do add that card you can probably say goodbye to another PP account.

Anyway...

because of avs, thats why to use vcc becuase it does not have it, only csc

Avs checks the house number and numerical part of postcode along with csc#


So if will be like this csc 123 postcode 234 house 222

123234222

If you use house names it is better becuase you can use any and every time it will be like this 123234


so unless the address you have used in PP has the same house number and post code digits it will not match

american express has 4 digits

If you know this when setting up an account and plan correctly then you can create account that you can attach your real bank card and it will in turn help pass the 1900 limit without ID but thats for anotehr thread.

it would be good to know which savers definately dont do credit checks, in theory, none are supposed to according to the credit agencies, but as we hear they sometimes do, maybe if you already have accs with them they dont...anyone got a list of those that definately dont?
