eBay/Paypal can track you from your email?

Dear everyone,

I'm quite new in this, and need some advice.

I've read the eBay Stealth book and on page 15 it did mention that if I disable the external content, eBay and Paypal will not be able to track me

Does it mean that:

1. I can sign in the "user2" gmail while I'm using "user1" PC User Account?
2. I can sign in the "user2" gmail using the same IP as "user1" ebay account?

Please advice.

personally i would just keep each one on seperate user accounts just to be on the safe side

yes you can - ensure your content display is disabled. I was weary, but you can - just don't click on any links inside the emails if your mising ip/user acct's.
