Default Why is it only me?

I started a new website with a new verified pp account selling online subscriptions to filehosting sites.
It worked for almost a week before PP limited my account saying that I'm selling items that are violating pp aup (PayPal Acceptable Use Policy) and they won't remove the limitation until I remove the pp logos & stop accepting PP on that site, I did that and they removed the limitation.

I then tried to write (twice) to email the a u p @ pp . com explaining that what I'm selling has been accepted by pp for years, and showed them at least a dozen of websites selling the exact services and accepting pp and told them that those websites have been operating for years (so that it's impossible that pp missed all of them somehow).
Their reply was always the same answer:

1 - What you are selling violates the pp aup
2 - Thank you for pointing out those sites, we'll investigate those sites further, however for privacy reasons we can't share the result of our investigation.

It's been 2 weeks now, and all the other sites are still running normally, but they always still refuse to 'legalize' my site (always the same answer), and still refusing to say what is it that I'm missing, to be able to operate.

I've been trying unsuccessfully to contact the aup dept. by phone (they only accept emails.)
My purpose is not to shut down those other sites, but to run my business back again.
I had no problems with my earlier sites (providing the exact same services / items) and got shut down back then for a totally different reason.

I'm a bit angered and lost on what my next step should be.
Do you advise to keep fighting, or start all over again?

I can bet you are angered but with pp, they are pretty rough. Even if you are working well in the past means nothing to them. While I would NEVER tell pp about other sites/accounts, hopefully they won`t suffer due to your disclosure.

In your shoes, I would start all over - linkfree - and keep lightly pushing pp...the only thing that`keeps me from saying you should keep pushing is that you have already indicated about other sites you run and it does not take too much time for any pp employee to over past e-mails and say `Wait let`s REALLY screw this guy now`....

Think about it and all the best - what services/items do you provide?

Thanks RSOT

The other sites that I showed pp were not mine, but for other resellers, my point was that I'm sure pp knows about them, they have been selling 700 USD / day for at least a year or two, they had and still have no problem with them.
(pm'ed you some of them as well as mine)

I never showed pp the other sites that I'm running, anyway I'm would not re-add pp to those sites again since their url already linked to earlier blocked pp (thanks for the stealth guide).

Damn, sorry to hear this avax. I've been quite interested in this business for a while, but makes it a little tougher knowing it does cause problems with PP.

$700/day is amazing for this type of work.

Maybe the other websites are wording things differently than you are. Are you using the word Paypal in the text of your website. Maybe you could just have the Paypal checkout but not say on your website to use Paypal. Something is causing a flag.
