What are good phones for tethering?
 

I am choosing between Iphone 4S or Android EVO 3D from SPRINT.


Phone tethering works for Ebay; doesnot also work for amazon? thanks

Also works for Am az on, No comment on the phones since I possess none of those.

Running on Sprint WiMAX is fine. iPhone 4s has better tech specs than the EVO 3D. Careful with A m a z o n tracking though and don't use that same phone to login to multiple accounts as I assume they will track its MAC on AZ. Running on EB would be no problem.

I know it is easy to do tethering with android ..

Using Galaxy s2 now,, blazing phone...

Both them options are a good choice. I think android is more open and will be better for stealth. I phone just a sick phone

Either Jailbreak it and do it for free or pay the $15/month for personal hotspot feature.

Are you with sprint? How is their 4g tethering speed?

I some time tether on my EVO for ama zon. I think they can see your PC MAC but not the EVO. To switch to different account I do turn off the network connection and turn it back on to get new IP

Problem with the new phones at least my local the IP differences don't change drastically like they do on the evo. The evo 3d s2 etc.. all use a new IP range kinda limited.but so far very rare to get a dupe. IP and if you do not enough to freak them out if you only use tether for account access like me.
