Which prepaid card works well in PP & EB in the UK?
 

Hi guys,

I have a PP account its verified with my bank account. I do not have a prepaid/credit card yet to activate it. I have heard that some don't work...etc can someone tell me what they had the best luck with. I would really like to purchase a card with my stealth name, DOB and address and also physically own it , not just a VCC.
There are threads regarding the subject but mostly for VCC. Also I've noticed that most prepaid plastic card providers use the electoral register in the UK to verify name and address otherwise ask for ID proof. Is there a way around it?

The reason asking for pp cc is that if an item is returned to the stealth address and name without authorisation (which is very often the case) and no one's home the only way to be collected form the local RM depot is with the 'we missed you' card and something showing your name - in this case stealth name. Hence pp cc with stealth name would be perfect.

what does everyone else do when their parcels are in the post office with stealth info?

how do you get around the id situation?

Another good reason to make a veration of your own first name and keep the fist inital as they take bank card for ID at the collection office and all my bank card are only my initals so geat for ID to collect the package.

Simply get an additional card in the name that you want on any pre-paid card account

alternatively you get it redelivered, they will do this online on royal mail, and you make sure someone is home that day eg. you can choose the date.

Thank you all for the valuable suggestions. It appears the best approach is to use variations of the first name. However, because I used a full stealth name already, will need to have prepaid plastic card on it.

that seems like the best option to suit your situation unless you can get any parcels re-delivered or left with thy neighbour

leave a note on door saying all parcels to be delivered to next door if no none is at home

the simplest of things sometimes can get overlooked

This is not an option GTB as the address is stealth as well. I have an access to it but can't ask for redelivery or neighbors.
