am i in risk for a suspension?

actually i am using my family ebay account (different name, address number, paypal different IP, everything,),and the selling account has a limited on it, because i just created it. when i called ebay to raise up my limit, and they told me my account is linked to my old suspense account. i was shock, because they found out. the reason of that i think it is the address, since my family lived in my suspense address 5-6years ago. but they are completely moved to other city and new home. i am wondering is my account going to suspense soon or i have to create another new account instead this one, but use the same paypal address that my family provided to me.

don't wanna mess to that account, otherwise i might get beat up!:doh::doh:

If your ebay is messed up then unlink the paypal and make a new ebay with new address and everything and link the old paypal. Might last for a while if you don't sell high risk vero items!

my Old account = suspended.

my uncle's account= active, address and everything are different. since my uncle lived in my current suspended address a while before, so he used that address before, but right now he move to his own house, and he changed my suspended address to his current address 5-6 years ago. when i use it now and call to increase the limit, they said this account has some match info to my suspended account. and i said i used to live in apt before, but i moved. maybe somebody suspended and doesn't mean related to me

anyone help me out?

You can try slowly and surely. You have nothing to loose. The worst case scenario, you will be suspended, you just open a new account.

"am i in risk for a suspension?" Yes, all the time, no matter what.

And yeah... big time.... if they told you your account is linked to an old one, start over and figure out what you did wrong to make it linked, move on and stop using your friends info. You'll run out of them eventually.

even people lived there before and move out to other address, still consider link to suspended account too? damn, this sucksssss

perhaps.... but ebay knows people move. I would seek another address.

is there any different if i stop using my uncle account, and create another new account using PO BOX address, but same paypal, name, because i want to use his ssn to pay the tax, otherwise i will reach $20000 dollars and won't able to sale any more.

In my old age I've learned to not curse at people and yell... but I'm really having to dig deep here.

DO NOT USE ANOTHER PERSONS SSN!

SELL LESS ON MANY ACCOUNTS TO AVOID THE TAX REPORTING REQUIREMENTS

PAY YOUR OWN TAXES ON EARNED INCOME

STOP USING FAMILY MEMBERS< OR FRIENDS< OR ANYONE ELSES INFORMATION>>>

USE 100% stealth information ALWAYS
