Paypal holds with feedback nomore?
 
So I have received positive feedback for items, but holds are not removed yet. Is this something new or old? Before like 2 months ago holds would go away. Now they won't even with positive feedback!

It's a little new I left feedback for myself a couple days ago and the monies still on hold. Here's the new policy slightly different:

Funds availability for eBay sales

While you establish a successful sales history on eBay, access to funds from your eBay sales will be delayed to help ensure successful fulfillment.

What's the quickest way to get my funds?

You can get your funds as quickly as 3 days after eBay confirms delivery. We recommend you ship items within 24 hours after your buyer pays and that you print your shipping labels on eBay. When you print your shipping labels on eBay:

eBay gets your tracking information automatically
You get a discount on postage and can print your labels for free.
You can get access to your funds immediately to help pay for shipping.

What happens if I don't use eBay to print my shipping labels?

If you print your shipping labels on PayPal, eBay still gets your tracking information automatically and you can get your funds 3 days after eBay confirms delivery.

If you ship directly through USPS, UPS, or Federal Express, you can manually upload your tracking information to My eBay and get your funds 3 days after eBay confirms delivery
If you don't upload your tracking information to eBay, you can mark the items as shipped on My eBay. You'll get your funds 7 days after your last estimated delivery date
If you don't upload your tracking information, mark the items as shipped, or can't calculate an estimated funds availability date you'll get your funds 21 days after your buyer pays

Note: No matter how you ship, it may take longer to get your funds if your buyer reports a problem.

What if I call in? I sell high risk and I don't want to call in and they limit for a stupid reason after?

I remember if you wait 3 days and call in they remove holds faster. Does that still apply or no?

If you sell high risk then you'll have to wait and see if the buyer likes what you sent first and hope they don't want their money back.

It's been a few days and positive feedback. I even sold some personal items like laptop and stuff around the house and they left positive feedback and funds are still not available! Should I call or the call to paypal does not work anymore?

Don't know I never call, that just draws attention to your account, if you got nothing to hide then call.

It's usually on the third day after confirmed delivery for them. Did you upload the tracking information? And another thing I have noticed is that I used on one account the e b a y shipping label service, then account got suspended and they held on to that money the entire 21 days. So if the accounts are in good standing, and you provided tracking info, it's 3 days after they have proof of delivery.

I have never actually called into Paypal in regards to the getting the money released. Normally I will just shoot them a email though and the funds get released within 24hrs.

Anytime you call or email them just remember you are inviting a person from Paypal to look at your account.

Look at it this way. Would you rather wait a maximum of 21 days for Paypal to release the money or wait 180 days if they suspend the account?

How do you email them and I upload tracking with usps and mark shipped via the paypal add tracking like always which automatically adds the tracking to ebay. I always input tracking since I ship my items in store instead of printing.
