I haven't had a limited paypal in a long time so im asking this stupid question incase anybody ask which I need the answer too...

So if I receive money on a limited paypal I can wait the 180 days even though its been half of the 180 days and when 180 days come I can cashout or im playing a game no one knows?

You can cash out, but the likelyhood of being able to receive funds on a limited paypal is pretty rare.. And with the whole dooms day of 1/1/12 who knows? Every account hit with the tax id request come 1/1/12 could be dead if they met the requirements or not.... roll big while you can imo on those accounts (off topic)

Tax id request? WHERE IS THAT? I thought that was for over 20k or 200 transactions?
