expired debit card and replacement for new ppal

Hi.Is it good idea of using my new debit card for new stealth account after it was replaced from the old card in my old Paypal which is not suspended.

the 3 ebay accounts using the same paypal got banned.

I still have, not more than £1k in this paypal and think of using it for buying items.

What happens after debit card is out of use,any problems with this paypal.?.

Can i use it after that?Thanks
