getting a landline number for australia

I have read the whole stealth guide, and am having issues with obtaining a landline number for Australia.
If any aussies have successfully donr this, please let me know how you did it?..What company etc did you go with?

If your house has a connection, but no number, go through Telstra. You can connect with them for a landline with no id and in stealth name. Just make sure you pay the bill! Or if you mean you need a virtual one, i am trialling VOIP.
