i did it wrong,probaly linked.
 

I just want some advice about that.Yesterday i made 1 stealth ebay acc in different user PC and IP.Its ready.Today i dot into that user name in order to make paypal .I put the same details as in the ebay acc but when they asked me to verify it by credit or deb card i wrote down the details of cred card i have already used for Paypal.Paypal message-the cred card cannot be used as it already exist in other account.Should i better forget about these ebay and paypal or its all right to put some other cc to verify the paypal.Thanks

Use other cc - the account is not lost ....yet but be aware that what you sell will determine the life of the account. If you get hit with limitation - you`re prob done if they ask about the used cc.
