and my account still limited

they open two cases

yes the account is gone,they can basically do what they want

move on or you could appeal but for them to just out you like that then i cant see you having any luck

So you followed the steps and what happened - you called them up?

i just finish the five steps they listed and waited for them for about a week to lift the limitation then i checked the account to find that the steps are gone and it is still limited

what were the five steps

Lol, I really hate how paypal ask you for all your information and then just blocks your account just to keep information in the database. What kind of idiots run paypal!

I would attempt a call to pp to try and force it open.

i contact them :mad2: they told me they will review my Case !!!!

what are the fees to transfere money from paypal account to paypal i just transfere 100$
from my netherlands paypal to one of My USA Paypal to under personal gift to find that they are 96.5 :mad2: i thought it is free

Most likely its limited. Prepare other accounts.
