ebay limited my a/c selling, need advice

My account is a powerseller and top performance a/c. Been seller v-er-o item but never have any complaint til recently. One buyer is (having a hugh fuzz about return policy (I ask all my buyer to send it back before refund).

So now ebay is asking for invoice. What are my chance to get my a/c reinstate if I submit a "creative" invoices? Do they verify invoices?

Yes they do - this has to be approached in a very professional way. If you don't do it right you WILL lose the account.

Find an empty commercial property, get a voip landline number that you can answer, consider buying a domain name - legit businesses do not use Gmail or Yahoo or mobile numbers on their paperwork - Do not make the items too cheap or too expensive

Be professional in your approach to this

Yes, they will call. Gotta be ready for when they call your business.

You should have just refunded the buyer and apologized profusely saying something like "these were from a new distributor and we were not aware". You are knowingly selling bad items so you have no choice but to take the risks involved.

You have nothing to lose by trying to send them invoices but you have to be smart about it. Think about it this way, they were right to ask for invoices so you have to appease them. As GrannyT said, do it professionally and have all your bases covered.

Oh and I forgot to add....

You reap what you sew, ebay didn't victimize you, you victimized other people and ebay is rightfully looking into you. If you continue these same practices you're never going to have these issues resolved and the account suspension is inevitable and justified.

If I was the buyer I would have done the same thing, the buyer is right to make a fuss. You did something wrong and you expect the buyer to lose money for it? That is silly to say the least, you created this problem for yourself.
