new stealth pp was just limited
 

new phone, bank, addy, email, all different names, new ip addy. new cc


not only did they limit me but when I called they said MY REAL NAME, and asked if I "know" such a person.


to be honest when it first happend, I thought it was because I withdrew half my account, but when they mentioned me by name I figured it was either.


the bank account belongs to a small home town bank, the same bank that was on y real one (but different account) is that a possible link?

or

what im selling is such a small market on ebay maybe they just assumed? can they name drop by assuming?

maybe a combo of both, what you think?

one more notable mention I never added a credit card to this account, which MAY explain the limit but naming me? that part still baffles me

You got linked somehow for them to know the name.

thats what I was thinking, it cant be, just same bank (rare bank) and rare items sold, 2+2 makes 4? or do they need something more solid for them to name drop?

side note to this tho, when I said I did not know this person, they seemed to have accepted it but still want id.

one other random thing (not sure if its related) its the Only stealth account I have that did NOT have a 21 day hold

You must have done something wrong, they wouldn't know your name unless they had something concrete.

Start all over and be more precise!

ok I made the account, new name, addy, cc, bank (in the same home town bank which im sure does not come up very often) new ip EVERYTHING.

started slow on selling, (same items i was selling which is a VERY small market on ebay) made about 74 bucks, I withdrew $60 and left the rest for shipping, next morning account withdraw was reversed and i was limited, wanted id, social, proof of address and proof of shipping.

PP is not stupid. Selling same rare items and withdrawing to same (small)bank? How different was the IP? Completely different range or similar? Something similar like 123.123.123.15 and new acc 123.123.123.174?
Also, what browser are you using? Is your user agent string a common one or something rare that could be linked?

If you worked for PP, would you suspect that these accounts were created by the same guy?

I use AOL, so the ip is theirs (it works perfect on every other account as well as amazon for about 5 months now)

judging from the home town bank and the rate items I'd say yes I would assume, that bank im sure is SOOOOOO rare to show in their system its not even funny

I think it was the withdrawl. You leave enough in to cover fees and possible returns

Did you use the SAME listing/format for the SAME product from old account?
