Possible listing violation?

It's a violation too sell in quantity of 2,3,4 auction seperated...

That I have to put 1 auction with the available numbers on there. Is that true?

If you are doing a BIN with all the items at the same price then yes it must be in one listing. Now you can create as many listings as you want if the prices are different.

No not buy it now. Im talking about auctions.

I listed 4 of the same auctions for 0.99 same everything and ebay rep told me that was a violation. Some rep called me and told me that to take it down. So what can you tell me?

That is Ebay rep must have been on crack. You can have as many auctions at whatever price you want.

I have read what you are talking about kango. I read that they are trying to reduce the same # of auction listings of the same item from any one seller. Looking at it is a kinf od "spam", overcrowding search results with the same thing from same seller. I think it is a way to encourage people to sell at a set price with BIN. I am not sure if there is a certain number that will get things removed, but I wouldnt do too many if you want to cruise under radar without drawing attention. I always feel its best to keep a low profile, unless doing a blowout of an acct. Anyways, ebby are Pushing the trend that way towards a set price for most items, moving away from old fashioned auctions.

Didn't they recently create a new policy about duplicate listings? I would look into that, always keep in mind that your account isn't worth the risk. If you have to do it one auction at a time then so be it, you can do 3 day auctions.
