Amazon stealth account cant log in
 

I have amazon stealth account but i sold few items on it and it like only 1 week old . amazon has 400 pounds of my money in the account but recently i tried to log in and the password does not work i went to reset password and i got e-mail to reset it type in new password and it still did not log me in. is my account shut down without warning or is it a bug my listings are not showing up either please advise whats going on

Your account has been DELETED by Amazon, the worst action they can take.

Your money will be held for 90 days. After that, a paper check will be sent to the name and address on file. They most likely will NOT allow you to change it. At least that is what happened to me. I tried calling and emailing, but it did not help.

@jeffweico - you could not change the address? I am wondering because if they auto send to my debunk addresses....it`s bad.

this sounds bad cause the address and name i have are a ⊗⊗⊗⊗ does that mean i can wave good bye to the money in the account i have over 400 pounds in it

i have the same problem too, i cant sign in no matter how i reset the password.

i have over500 dollar there. the addres and name are xxxx@

A paper check will be sent to the name and address on file.....you would not be able to cash in a cheque into your bank account in a name other than the name the cheque is made out to.

Yes, you can. There is a way to do it. My friend used to tell me how but I forgot (she did MANY times), I will check and let you know later.
BTW, sending money back to sellers only happens with Amazon, not with Ebay/PP, is that right?

With EB/PP, I know that a suspended/limit PP A/C, that you can add another account after the 180 day period to remove the funds; this is one of the means by which a seller get's their money back.I'd be happy to stand corrected if this is not the case.

Yes, I will be interested to know about the cashing out of a cheque into a different named account.

This is what my friend did:
Let's say your real name is ABC, and the name on the check is XXX.
You will write in the back of the check "Pay to the order of ABC (your real name)" and sign your real name.
Now, don't go to the cashier. Go to the drive through to drop in the deposit box. And you should be fine.
In case you see a cashier, many cashiers accept that, but some don't. If both names have the same last name, just tell him XXX is your brother/sister...whoever related to you, that should be fine. But the safest way is to drop in the deposit box.
I never do because I never receive such a check :D, but my friend did that many times.
But anyway, if you receive the check, it's better to try rather than throw the check away.

Are you talking about Ebay suspension, not PP, right?
But what about the name on the new PP (same or different from the old one)?

so after 90 days, will they transfer the money the bank on file with amazon? anyone has tried?

sorry,i dont understand your question. i have a bank attached there.

I meant, if they send the check to your stealth address, you can forward all mails coming to the stealth address to your real address so that you can receive the check.
