New PayPal Access Card

Just been sent a link to this by a friend, PayPal have sent out invitations to a number of users asking them to sign up for there new Access card

This is essentially a MasterCard that is funded by your PayPal balance and you can use for online purchases, cash withdrawals at an ATM or in a shop

I have just signed up, took lees than 2 mins and the card should be with me by the 8th November.........now I just wonder if I can use the card number to set up a new stealth PP account!!!!!!!

I know that you would not be able to use the access card to make a stealth account, it was meant as a joke!
