Help With IP
 

I have AT&T Uverse, turns out there is nothing I can do to change my IP. Can I just ask what other people have done that is the cheapest way. Dont have a home phone line, so dont know if I want to go DSL. Anyone suggest a carrier that will allow me to have multiple IP's at a low cost.
