Default possible troubles with IPs as house has no electricity

So I was at a relatives 18 months ago and logged into my suspended , then active and good of course account and logged into my new account yesterday at same residence...the ip is static and i could not change it ..but my question is will they link you from a one time use 18 months ago on that account to same ip used now on the new account...and if they can how? Is it a automatic thing that shows up on their system? very nervous about this mistake?

One time mistake is unlikely to cause you problems - don't repeat. This has happened to other folx and no problems repeated.

I would worry if its ebay or Amazon. They would both log the ip, among other things when signing in. If things link up, they could have you by the short and curlys!

It was night in the US when you first posted. Forum not that busy....
.................................................. ..........................................

So long as you just signed in but did nothing there should be no problem. Having the user account like you stated shoudl work fine.

However, are you running an IP check before you do anything relating to your stealth account?
It's a recommended practice to do that.

aspkin created this handy tool , IPBurger | What is my IP Address? Find Your IP Address!

Make using that part of your routinue.

They do have things called generators and there's also hotel/motels other than that there's no storms around here.

haha ....no generators anywhere in site and no hotels room for miles and miles available either. gas is even in short supply around here. I actually witnessed the only gas store in town open yesterday get robbed...it was like watching Cops live...appreciate your electricity, I will be so excited when I get mine back.

In case of a longish delay, have you thought to take down your listings? Just to cover yourself with shipping hassles etc... buyers react badly to delays in shipping. :(

So that's twice in the space of a few hours you accessed accounts from different IPs?

That makes a lot of difference to how ebay might react.

In another thread I recommended maybe you should take done your listings.

Hav you tracked what IPs you used since I replied?
