Cheapest Processor for Upload and Withdrawal via Credit Card

hey everyone.

I had 5 of prepaid credit card with balance inside of them. Normally I spent them for groceries or petrol. But if everyday I have 100$ to spend, I better of converting it to cash, as I don't need to spend 100$ everyday just for food.

So I was thinking to upload the funds to Moneybookers (1.90% fees) and withdrawal it to my bank account (1.80 euro fee).

But, is there any other better solution with less fee than Moneybookers?

Please let me know, if you know other way or services which cost less. Thanks

I've even tried buying transit card and sell it to students, but it's just too much work and I feel awkward , standing in train station every day, and offering people to buy card from me :suspicious:
