Trying to setup Candian ebay/paypal account
 

Hi all,

I currenly have 1 stealth US account ( US Resident)

I love the idea of no SSN system in Canada. I am trying to setup an Canadian account.

Read the Ebay Stealth book 3 times and still reading :) So far this is what i have done:

1) I got a good Montreal Address ( i have no access to the address though)

2) I got a good Montreal Phone number

3) I understand that i can use a USA Bank with a new paypal but the kicker is how do i obtain a prepaid card to verify with Paypal? I looked all over and most of the Canadian prepaid cards are only available in Canadian stores and the one that one can buy online only ships to a Canadian address. How do i go about doing this? A mail forwarding service?

You can still be hit with ID verification.

As for Canada prepaid credit cards...there are ways of doing this. Mail forwarding service is one way.

You do realize your IP is US-based which could be a problem?

Your biggest problem will be the ip. How will you get over it?

I have VPN service that can obtain Candian IPs so IP is not a problem. anyone here recommend a good cheap mail forwarding service? :)

I've used several personally "hand-made" stealth sleeper accounts on full blast on US IP before, never had any issues with it.

I still don't recommend it though

I recently set up a stealth account with a Montreal address. I would like to know why Montreal should be avoided too

It's a valid city for stealth address like any other city.

ahfang18 you just need a vcc to verify so get one from the BST section. Yes you can use a USA bank.
