Credit card charge back deleted amazon account
 

One of my amazon accounts that was blocked just over 2 months ago i was still able to log into the account . A sale that took place around the time of the suspension was for vero item the buyer give me positive feedback for the item when he got it .Now i checked my e-mail today i see that he has made a credit card charge back nearly 2 months later the e-mail says log into my seller account supply tracking info . but i no longer have the receipt for the tracking but i added the tracking number when i confirm shipment i always do. but i can't log into the account anymore it seems since this chargeback they have deleted my account so i cant log in . what can i do to defend my self the 90 days is up in 3 weeks and there is over 400 pounds in the account and i have a bank account added .

Will i be able to prove i shipped this item

also will i get my money

When they looked at your account (the chargeback probably triggered it) they obviously found SOMETHING they didn't like. VPN's will do this.

Most members who have experienced this don't get the money. The reason? Amazon mails a paper check after the 90 day hold to the name and address they have on file. If it comes back to them, they turn the money over to the department responsible for handling unclaimed funds in that state.

When this happened on one of my accounts, I had emailed them several times AND made dozens of calls. Each time they promise that someone will respond, but good luck with that. I was about to give up when a rep from Amazon called me and told me about the check being mailed.

Of course, if you have access to the address you gave them, then you WILL most likely get the check.

well good news on this case i do have access to the address also it was on my girlfriends name i have access to so let them send a check out plus i had a bank account added as well and if they dont pay up il sue them
