Why does Ebay allow some sellers to continue selling veroe items that are ⊗⊗⊗⊗?
 

Why does Ebay allow some sellers to continue selling veroe items that are ⊗⊗⊗⊗, like branded shirts, shoes, bags, but take action against sellers like me whose 9yr old a/c has been suspended for listing my own shoes, for which i have the receipt?, its not fair at all:mad:

these sellers shift so much ⊗⊗⊗⊗ vero, that it brings in sales commission for ebay, so they can't afford to kick them off, but suspend honest sellers like me, who don't really bring them much commision

Thats ebay for you. you'll find many suspended members have been done for by selling legit VERO items, it comes down to which side the coin lands on. Heads or tails.

it stinks of injustice towards honest sellers who are suspended for putting up vero items, anytime they put up an original vero item, they get taken down, happened to me, i'm bitter because ebay took my geuine vero items down, but hey they allow ⊗⊗⊗⊗ on ebay, some sellers are selling hundreds of ⊗⊗⊗⊗ veros putting 'genuine' in the title and ebay turns a blind eye, this is not right at all:mad:

honest sellers made ebay what it is, it wasn't the ⊗⊗⊗⊗ vero sellers that made ebay, honest sellers made ebay from day 1, its just ⊗⊗⊗⊗ vero sellers hijacked it, so what does ebaywebanhonestsellers do? - they ban honest sellers selling vero items

might as well give all my used veroe clothes to oxfam, better place for them to go, than put them of bas***rds ebay site, sorry for being so wound up, but i'm really pissed off due to my 9yr a/c being suspended, i slogged my guts out, offered best service, sent items out same day......I even sold items at a loss, yeh i know it sounds silly, even now i can't go to sleep properly, this whole vile episode has just messed me up, i know i should try to move on, i just want my a/c back, i even begged ebay to unsuspend......., thats how desperate i am....

That's one thing I haven't figured out. VeRo to me is a dead end. You can maybe get around it for a few weeks or even months, but sooner or later you'll be suspended again.

I've seen sellers selling the same old ⊗⊗⊗⊗ vero items month after month for over 2 years and ebay or the vero owners touch touch them

makes me wonder, if its not the vero owners themselves that are flogging off their own goods on ebay, getting them out the backdoor:confused:

I was one of the people that got taken down, allegedly for only 7 days, though. I sell mostly used software, legit stuff only, but software companies (Micr*soft & Auto*esk, for example), use the DMCA illegally to bully sellers & prevent them from selling software they have every right to sell.

There is actually a lawsuit against Auto*esk at this moment for their vero abuse. I think the only way to get these companies to stop, under the current system, is to take each and every one of them to court, like tabberone has done. eBay will not help & does not care. Their canned emails essentially translate into "we may not think your listing is infringing, but vero members never lie and we always obey their every command". The irony of it is, that while MS illegally pulls auctions listing OEM software, people are selling hacked copies of Office etc and getting away with it.
