limitation after change internet
does changing internet provider, flag for limitation?
so I have a handful of yearly internets, and one runs out and I buy another usb but it is different provider to last one, and I log in and try and pay someone a similar amount to previous as it is, my supplier - $300 and I get flagged and pink band saying limited comes up. Anyway I lifted it now but is that normal, I am scared to use this stick on another account....
also it is not a location thing, the towns coming up are fairly random but still in UK and still quite close to locations of old ip. So are they noticing change of ISP or was it random? |
