i have new paypal account it nearly month old i made a sale outside of ebay and amazon and the total is 1500 pounds.The account is verified and the funds are available and the account is stealth is it safe for me to withdraw right away or should i wait few days . dont want it to get limited

Should be ok to take some of it now. Just don't withdraw it all at once - trickle it out over time I think is the general thinking on successfully getting yer cash.
