the best solution for US people to operate Canadian

I have read all the posts about open canadian accounts in US. Most of them suggest VPN is not a good idea.

So I sign in my canadian ebay paypal in USA ips. both got blocked after few hours or days.

So how to do Canadian ebay and paypals in US safely?

If you really want Canada IP, you must go for dedicated secured net access (e.g. VPS) or via dial-up. But your flag is UK...right?

no. I am in US.

I saw the ebook mention dial-up internet. but can we use it in USA? with my local phone line?

Running a Canadian account without Canadian IP could be potential for problems - especially if you don't know how things work properly. If you have dial-up long distance, use your local phone line.
