Selling with US acc and shipping from Europe
 

I have a question and would appreciate some help. I have couple of years old acc in US and currently selling well. I want to start selling some more products on my account but they are in Europe and I don't know if it would be a problem to ship them from there once sold. I have someone in Europe who is willing to help with the shipping, but don't know if eBay and PayPal have some restrictions about that.

If you trust the person AND can follow shipping+tracking rules to a TEE then there is no reason not to proceed with your plan (also depends wtf you selling heh)

Yeah I trust the person and this is the reason I agree to do it. My only concern is if the clients will be ok seeing that the item is coming from different than US place when tracked

That's a good point - some folx would have problem if item is coming from Europe for couple of reasons: 1) amount of time for shipping (too long = very bad) 2) if your friend declares wrongly, then these clients would pay duty...EVERYONE hates that

You have to reflect on that.

We'll be using mostly Express Mail / which is 3-5 days / , so the shipping time will be ok but the duty.....is something to think about.
Do you think if I take care of these 2 issues / shipping + duty / should be ok to give it a try. We just have a lot of merchandise over there waiting.... to be sold :)

you can specify item location on the listing page
and maybe you should specify it again in the description so they won't be surprised...
