Is it Worth to pay for EB fee?

I got an good standing with over 2000 Feedback EB account(my real account), but its linked paypal has void the PP policy problem (w/ balance over US$20) (need 180 days to get back). I am frustrate is it worth to pay last EB fee $2K to get back my EB to continue business, as I worry about if link my new Paypal (maybe use my family member's paypal) linked to this EB will soon have problem again.

Any idea. Appreciate on that.

Linking a new Paypal to the old eBay account is a very bad move.

Do as you see fit - realize that one limitation and linking MAY kill you across the board.

As for fee's - is your account still active? You could find ways to get around PP...
