How to release 21 days hold?

If I was to ship via UPS, would PayPal release my funds earlier than 21 days?

when people was holding my money i would send via ups and when it showed delivered if they didnt release it automatically after 3 days i would call and they would release it for me

Nomatter what you ship with it will be on hold until payment system removes holds. I have a 1 year account that everytime I get a positive feedback on ebayholds are removed quickly, but my new accounts even with positive feedback are not so lucky and I have to wait for holds to be removed nomatter with which company I ship.

Fanda have you tried to ship via UPS and see if they release it?

Also when you talk about new accounts, what do you mean by new? One month, 3 month, how many feedbacks?

I have heard if you ship and add the tracking number... After 3 days of delivery confirmation you just have to call them and they will release the funds...

I've never tried it personally, yet..

If you sell vero its not wise to call in after 3 days because you could get attention and limit your ebay/paypal account. I have tried with ups and its the samething.

yea u can call them but who wants to call everytime you have a payment that needs to be released.

Do I have to call from the same number as your registered number?

You should - looks better to pp otherwise they ask - Can I register this number? Unrecognized.

You need to call from the registered phone number or call from a phone number not linked to any of your accounts new or old.

Does not matter who the shipper is.

Item must be delivered and or feedback left.

feedback does not matter after 3 days if the item has been delivered.

just contact PP via the preferred method with the details of transaction and it will be released if 3 days has passed after delivery, obviously the money is supposed to be released if you get feedback before the 3 day waiting period but its not always the case.

Thanks everyone! Someone said I can email Paypal instead. Has anyone ever tried this and successeeded ?

As long as it was tracked delivery and you submitted the tracking number on the paypal transaction with it showing delivered more than 3 days ago.

I've emailed under those circumstances before, stating i'd read on the paypal forums that if its over 3 days delivered then the funds should of been released already (in a much nicer way of course). They did however call back first, I didn't answer that call, was asleep at the time (working nights). But got an email response to say they had tried to call and that I was correct and they had released those funds.

I wouldn't email/ring if you havn't met the criteria of tracked delivery which you've submitted to them that shows as delivered 3 or more days ago
