Paypal are getting better with docs
 

I have verified and lifted limitations on plenty of stealth accounts, but now ive hit a snag.

The last account i uploaded info for, they have rejected the docs (birth cert and utility bill). Now these have always passed until now (not exact same ones - has the relevant id etc).

So what does everyone else use now?:doh:

about birth cert, alot of things used to be ok, but they are tightening up they may just say you have to have photo ID now, that may be all it is.....they know people have either a passport or drivers licence nowadays.

person is 18, birth cert has been known to work in the past, but it would not surprise me if they refuse it some or all of the time...rules change monthly, and by the agent or country site reviewing it.

you definately need to change to photo ID

Thanks Oompa, yeah, never ever had docs questioned before, but this time they have said they cannot be verified, so they might have a new way of checking them for verification.
