Ok,

So i have 2 new ventures that i will be doing on a serious scale, but dont know wether to go premium account or business, as im not sure how to do the business accounts stealth?

Should i just play on my real name and address or what etc.

Business is good if your going with alot of money.

Premium is good, but if you start making tons of cash then they will want to know quickly where you get your stuff.

Thanks Fandango, i have all the receipts invoices from my suppliers, so thats not a worry, all i am unsure of is if they ask me for an ABR/ABN how can i have one in a stealth name? (I have an ABN in my real name).

You can have a business in stealth, but once you reach a certain limit i don't know the rules for paypal in your country then they may ask for tax id and all that like here in the us its 200 transactions or 20k limit per year for not turning in tax id.

Yeah, i would say at some time they are going to ask for an ABN (tax id) and a business reg certificate number.

paypal might ask for the ABN. However there is no obligation under current ATO requirements for such info to be given to paypal.

It's an issue I have dealth with B4 with both paypal & the ATO.
