Selling on ebay.co.uk with USA ebay account

Hi
I have a new USA ebay and paypal account, can I start selling on ebay UK, stating stock is held and delivered from UK, without raising red flags in their systems? I will be accessing the accounts from a UK IP address btw.

I have exact the same situation and it works for me already for more than 1.5 years without any problems... I use 3 USA eBay/Paypal accounts to list and dispatch items from UK and eBay.co.uk.

BUT! - You must to use USA IP, not UK, because account is USA registered- it is much more better for flags, not if You use USA account with UK IP!
