Is there anyway to get a written typed response from a paypal rep through email instead of getting lame automated messages?

Not a paypal rep, no.

They are too low down on the food supply chain.

Interaction with higher parties will still be by email in most cases.

Responses will still be generic.

What are you wanting or hoping to get? :juggle:
