If i create an ebay and paypal with my name Mr Ed Horse and i have my bank account with the name Mr Horse Ed will i get limited?

You should not have any problem, Just make sure you are following the rest of the stealth guide to the T as well!

if that is the name you have used to make the account, i would remove it now. this is a open forum remember! paypal and ebay will be reading

The name difference is not crucial and to be honest, it's what makes stealth possible.
