Selling VCC services, account got limited, paypal ask for proof of postage
 

I have checked the website but hasn't come across this problem with selling VCC.

I had been selling credit card services recently to some people overseas, and just want to know what can I do, when PP just limited my account and ask me for proof of postage?

How can I provide this kind of proof.. ?

Your going to have to get there addresses on the main page and ship them an actual package.

It's just a VCC service.. and how can I send them any package if it's overseas address? I am sure most of the VCC seller in this forum didn't send any package..

When u use VCC u only can use ⊗⊗⊗⊗ package and ⊗⊗⊗⊗ statement,. Seller vCC never give it

buyer has to send you payments as "service" i think. otherwise they will want tracking info

This is where you forget about any hope to reinstate the account and move onto other Paypal accounts. Just because they are giving you steps to appeal the limitation, it doesn't mean they will actually do it.

BiN is right on about this -

did the buyer send as service or not? cos they will not ask for tracking if service, just for goods. If goods, then quickly send some tracking letters out to the addresses......if services, then they should not ask...but you will prob be limited anyway as they do not like digital stuff......
