Bank account and paypal
 

So I opened one of those etrade accounts, but another company and I did not know the account was closed about 2 months ago. I have been transferring money for the past 2 weeks without checking if it went through, but the transaction is completed and the money is not in my paypal account. What do I do call paypal or what? This is a stealth account. I called the brokerage company which they have affiliated with chase, but they told me they don't have access anymore and to call paypal...

So your saying the money you withdrew from Paypal is not making it into the bank account because it is closed? If a account was closed it couldn't accept a electronic deposit. That would mean the money is going back into the Paypal account. Have you checked your Paypal balance?

Whenever I have sent money to a closed account by mistake [twice] it took almost 10 days to pop back and PP account was limited

Dont quote me on the 10 days. But I know is was awhile before it bounced back

But the PP will probably get limited and ask you to reconfirm ownership, change password, redo bank, etc. Both times I did what was needed and called and lifted right away. But they were solid accounts

i had this happen once it took about 10 days and ended up back in my paypal account all i got was an email from paypal didnt receive any limitations

So I should just wait? Im going to wait it out. Don't wanna call in and these idiots limit me then I will be pissed.

I had this happen to me a long time ago. It took 4 days or so for it to be put back into pp.

Im looking at the paypal transaction page and now it says reversed and I see the money is back in. Its coming back slowly. Thank goodness!
